The bed was deeply sagged, the omelet tasted salty and had an artificial egg taste. The fruit cubes were very hard, and it was difficult to find a clean plate or bowl. Even my coffee cup had dark specks in it. Not staying a second night for sure. This experience reminded me more of alow class motel.
As a long term Hilton Gold customer, this is the worst experience I've had. I noticed the room smelled like mildew as soon I entered.
The best hotel I've ever stayed in. Candyce and Kelsey, the front desk staff were incredible...treated us like family from the start. Beautiful hotel, the suite was the best and biggest I've stayed, ever...my kids want to go on vacation just to stay here and hang out with the staff! Great job, great hotel! Couldn't ask for anything more from them. We will be back!
Best hotel in the area! I'm a contractor from out of town and I've stayed in 5 different places in this year! By far , this place is well above the others in the area!
We stayed for my brother in law's marine graduation ceremony. The rooms were great, the staff was very friendly, and we ended up having dinner there one night (taco bar) which was very good. Overall a really enjoyable stay.
Only one negative aspect but very important to note:
Clean, tidy, comfortable beds and accommodations for a service animal; however they placed me in a room on the first floor. This would normally be great but above me there must have been some sort of maintenance room or closet. From 9am-6pm every day I stayed (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday) there was noise similar to large boxes and heavy items being dropped on the floor every 5-15 minutes. It was not very conducive for sleeping and unfortunately, even though this was the only negative aspect of my experiece, I was in town for business and was working nights, so sleeping after 9am was ideal and I feel it was worth noting. If you’re able to try to request a room that is on a different level than the ground level.
