It is not the place itself that is bad. You will fair well if you stay to yourself but even then you have people out there who have ghetto behavior who will have nothing else to do but pick on you for their amusement. Total disregard for keeping the grounds clean, forcing the maintenance to do it constantly. Wanna be drug dealers around and no supervision of the children who run around outside doing whatever. The people out there who are of decent quality stay to themselves and/or are trying to move. The place would fair better if they screened tenants better and made sure that once they moved in that "additional" residents don't move in too. This place is worth at least 3 stars if better quality people lived here. Unfortunately, the ghetto class seems to have the most affect out there, smothering the people who make the place tolerable.
