Terrible customer service. Rude operator and bus driver.The bus is late on arrival and they treat you as if it is your fault they are late.

BAD BUSINESS I purchased 2 tickets to get my movers back to NY. THE BUS BROKE DOWN!!! and they had to sit for 8 hours!!!! They were told that I would received a refund on my credit card!
Greyhound will not cooperate. Making me run around to find out who told the movers that! Not giving up. BAD BAD BAD BUSINESS!
