My wife called me this morning to inform me that her father had passed away during the night. We had an 8+ hour drive ahead of us and needed her Jeep serviced. NTB was busy, but they took the time to offer condolences and worked us in. I'm confident our travel will be safe thanks to the Almighty God and the guys at NTB. God bless you guys.
Extremely pleased with NTB! Ended up getting a flat tire during work that was not repairable. Called around to multiple places who wanted an arm and a leg for a new tire. My manager recommended NTB and I'm so glad she did! I called and spoke with Corey who was extremely professional and knowledgeable.. he gave me a quote for a new tire right away, and it ended up being the most affordable place I could find! I went in, and didn't have to wait very long for my tired to be replaced. Left the store after they were finished and noticed that a strange noise was coming from my tire.. I called the store and they instantly had a tech come out TO MY HOUSE to see what was going on. One of the weights was rubbing up against the tires, so the tech fixed it and sent me on my way. He even filled up all of my tires and gave them all a quick look over to make sure they were all good. This tells me that they will really go out of their way to make a customer happy! I HIGHLY recommend and will definitely be going back for regular services with them! :)
Had to have a tire replaced, and they gave great customer service and a lower price than another tire shop I used a few months ago. I highly recommend!
good customer service. usually always have some type of deal. service is usally pretty fast. Kristen is awesome addition to the NTB family. only bad thing is if you leave your car there, you have to call back to see if it's ready
The service and time was quick and fast...In and out. I went there to have the pressure in my tires adjusted.
