Tire stores are limited in Beaufort, you have NTB, which I would never go to, Walmart and Goodyear. Between all of our cars we probably drive 60-70,000 miles a year commuting coupled with the road conditions in SC, we go threw plenty of tires.
Great customer service. I had a screw in my tire and had it repaired here and they had my car back to me in an hour.
Every time we bring a car in for a warranty service we get the run around. Need tires rotated? Sorry can't do that because you need new shocks. Want a front end alignment that you paid extra for to be able to get it aligned for 3 years? Sorry, we can't do that because you have a leak in your rack/pinion(common in a Dodge Ram). Flat tire? $25 to fix that, even though its free and I ended up having to call the corporate number to get them to honor that. Tire replace? Lets put like 17psi instead of the 42psi recommended.
Not only do they do tires, but also auto repairs too.
I'm not from here. My family is evacuating from the hurricane and my parents car broke down this place had no compassion. The starter needed replaced they told us it takes 1 1/2 hours to do and they were closing in an hour so they refused to fix the car. Thanks to Discount Autocare about a mile down the road. Towed and fixed the car for over $100 less then Bad Year! Thanks guys for your stand down service!
My father came here and had his tires replaced along with an alignment. Everything was great until the entire front right side sounded like it was going to fall apart. After some looking and taking the front right wheel off we found out that the mechanic didn't even bother tightening the bolts down when they did the alignment causing the whole wheel to move back and forth when braking. Now we have to go get another alignment, not to mention the wear and tear on the brand new tire. In their defense they did fix the alignment issue that previous mechanics never managed to fix.
