When we got to the finance office, Larry doubled checked our deal to make sure it was correct. He had the paperwork ready to go and it didn't take long to close the deal and hit the road.
Layne Cook checked in on us throughout the whole process. I left with the feeling that if I had a problem in the future, I could count on any of these gentlemen to help solve it.
My salesmen was Rob Williams. The man got me the exact car I wanted and then some. He even came in on his days off just to make sure I was getting taken care of. Iva in service is also great. If something was not right with the car, she took care of it right a way. The dealership as a whole makes you feel like family. If i could, I would work there. That's how much I like it there.
Is I could rate less I would. Spent 2 hours shopping. Was obvious they could not reach our price/ trade in WHICH WAS FINE. Rob, our salesman, a great guy, wanted to check with the asst manager, who insisted on1) only speaking to my husband when it was my car we we're buying and 2) insisted he could make a better deal with a 2017 that had more "stuff" and more $$ to start with. He went another $1000 over the $5000 we're were already over with the 2018 we looked at. Sarcastically he told us to "have a nice day" even though we again said "you can't meet our price, it's ok", and left. VERY rude! Called to talk to general manager to let him know how we were treated and he lost a sale (actually 2 since my husband will trade soon). 3 days and no call. Horrible experience.
This was the least painful car buying process I have ever experienced. The dealership was incredibly busy, however, my sales rep made the entire visit a joy. Patrick is, by far, the greatest sales rep I have ever dealt with. I very much appreciate his honestly, as well as his commitment and loyalty to his customers. I will definitely be back for another car in the near future and look forward to working with him again. Anyone who goes into Stokes Honda of Beaufort should definitely ask for Pat if they want to leave with a smile on their face and the vehicle they want.

Patrick has been One of the best people to work with that I've ever bought a car from. We had a blast the whole time. I got the car I wanted with the payment I wanted and I couldn't be more happy.
