The other dealers in the area should take notes on customer service from grainger ( which most do not know about or has been lacking here for a LONG TIME ). Grainger's process for buying a car is very simple , I never had to walk the lot like most dealers want you to do. I sat down with Amanda and we filled out an assessment of what I was looking for and she brought the car to me. James and his team took care of the rest. We went there with intentions of just looking around and we left with a brand new 2017 Nissan Titan. Not only did we get a new truck we made some new friends.
