Purchased a truck, the engine light was on. After asking about it they said they brought it to their service department. They told me it was only on because of a programmer that had been installed. After purchasing the next day I took it to get the truck scanned. Turns out it had more than one code. After bringing it to their attention they told me they would look at it. I went in the next day, basically got told to kick rocks. Aweful business. Nothing but liars.
Just left the services department, after watching the mechanic that was working on my car floor it out of the lot in my car that I just bought two days ago. Jerry Morgan is his name, in case anyone wants to make sure not to get him. It's unprofessional and ridiculous, you put faith in an establishment to provide a service for you and they completely fail. Not to mention I have to come back on Friday because they couldn't even fix my issue. Starting to wish I never even came here to buy a car. There should be a check in process when a dealer buys a used car at auction, this should never have even been an issue.
Exceptional service team. Very knowledgeable technicians and the service writers were personable and courteous. Been to dealerships across the country and this is by far the best staff I've dealt with.
Great experience the entire time from start with the used sales department, if I could I'd give them 5 stars. The vehicle I decided on had some pretty bad movement in the steering wheel when I got up to 40mph+ during the test drive, so I said get that fixed and I'll buy it, so they put it on the "we owe" paper work. Now I'm sitting in the waiting room for over 3 hours later on a Monday because they closed early on Saturday when it should have been done. Doubt I'll recommend this place to anyone now.
