I called James Washington to come out and inspect a septic tank. Mr. Washington is old school and does not use a GPS or text with directions. I had to meet him at a location and then drive to the house. Mr. Washington was at least 30 minutes late to our meeting spot. He did successfully find the septic tank and opened the tank up. The house has been sitting for a while and was full of rain water. But we'll under both the inlet and outlet pipes. He mentioned that the house would need a new drainfield. This was without inspecting anything else on the property. I asked him how he knew and he said because the water level was low. This doesn't make sense since the property has been sitting for a long time. The house may need a new drain field but I was hoping for a little more of an inspection. 15 min is not worth 300 bucks.
