Extremely unhappy. Closed during hours that it should be open, suddenly my gate passcode isn't working, and I can't get anyone on the phone at all. Terrible customer service.
Rude rude rude. Made a reservation for a Budget truck and they sent us to their other location only to find out the other location did NOT have ANY trucks. So when I called them and told them and asked for whatever size truck they had they told me people had reservation and they didn't have any left. Well I had a reservation and my bank account was charged $150 for it. They would NOT help me at all or offer an apology After this happened several people said they are known for messing up reservations. Play it safe and go with Uhaul.
