If I could give "0" stars I would this is the worst place in DMV history. Especially the first lady(?) that you meet at the front desk . Super lazy, unhelpful and rude.
Just moved here from TN and needed extra paperwork we never needed before.Aweful customer service! Very unfriendly representative popping gum in your face while rolling her eyes. Not helpful at all!
I might have just been lucky, but in the 6 times I've visited during the past 8 years, every time they are helpful and efficient. I've never waited more than 20 minutes. The room is clean and they answered all my questions. Might be the best DMV I've visited in 25 years of driving.
If you have a valid license in another state you should not need some of the documents they ask for. If you have a ss card issued by the administration why do you also need your marriage license?!!! You have already changed it and it's on the legal doc. Ridiculous!
Use a front end gatekeeper, to 'speed things up but she knows too little and turns into a bottleneck. In short, things are worse than ever
