Making an appointment to even get into this place is highly frustrating. you have to call on Mondays to make appointments for Tuesdays and call on Wednesdays to make appointments for Thursdays. I was just on the phone with them and today is Wednesday, I tried to make an appointment for tomorrow and I was told they weren't running a clinic tomorrow, but there was one Friday and I asked if I could make an appointment for then, since that would make since. Nope, I have to call back at 8:30am on Thursday and hope I am quick enough to make an appointment for Friday. basically, you have to call pretty much at 8:30 each morning because if you even wait til 9:00, it will be totally booked. so yes, the scheduling system is unbelievably backwards. But once you're in, everyone is totally nice and helpful.
