Over priced! Under perform. Don't believe a word they say. Especially if his name is John. He doesn't appear to know his ass from his elbow! Nothing but BS.
They were happy to cash our check immediately but not fix their mistakes. There have been several other unhappy customers in the Shadow Moss neighborhood who would not use them again and had similar experiences and lack of communication.
Use someone else if you can.
I would not recommend that no one use this company is been trying to get my fence put up for the last 6 month all I get is they will get to me this company sucks....
Customer service... We put in the order for our fence in The beginning of February and still we have NO fence! We have been told twice now " probably Thursday or Friday of this week" and Thursday and Friday go by with not so much of a call or email. Then when we called to see where our fence was and what timeline we were looking at, we were told they had to do a bigger job. I'm led to believe that because my job is smaller and a lesser profit it is put on the back burner. Here we are, nearing the end of March and still we have no fence. I would NEVER recommend this company. And I'd personally like to get our money back and pay more at lowes. At least I know Lowes would be professional and timely.

4 months of false promises of when they would come out. Finally came and did a horrible job. i had to get them out to repair the mistakes. Still looks awful. Don't use graybar. Call anyone else and you thank me.
They installed our fence this spring. I was told they would come on a Saturday and they showed up on Friday without a call to tell me it was changed.
We have been told repeatedly that they will come out "next week" to fix it and never hear anything until I hound the office and on Friday it is "next week again". We paid over $2700 the week they installed it. They say they are fixing this out of their own pocket ironically. And that we had to get a survey done before because they couldn't find the plot stakes. If that was the case they shouldn't have installed the fence and taken our money.
We have been waiting nearly two months for them to come fix our fence. It was installed completely wrong. The back is 18" off the plot line and the front is 28". The entire thing was supposed to be at max 12" off. So it was installed at an angle and they clearly didn't bother measuring correctly.
