I love all of the sales reps at this location, they rotate them often, have yet to come across one that isn't friendly or willing to help!
Went in to transfer contacts and photos for my mom's new Christmas gift and it took them almost an hour....granted I will give them it was the day after Christmas.I would like to see the workers a little more organized in customer service
The people inside are very friendly and helpful and so far they put on a glass screen saver myself and some friends. I do a lot of phone upgrade help for friends. I always take them there because they can do these things which I cannot such as Furnishing new micro SIMs.
Really wish this store was customer focused. We have verizon customers for over 20 years. We are disapointed everytime we go into this store. Employees just arent in the customer mindset. And dont seem to want to save customers,from leaving to other carrier.... Which they could do with a smile.
