The staff are always friendly but the owner needs to update the equipment. It is very common for the credit card reader to be out of order. The slushes are never ice cold rather they are always half melted straight out the window. Overall it just seems to be a poorly managed store. We live down the street and we have a long running list of disappointments with this store. Every now and then the experience is okay but the owner needs to invest money back into the store to increase consistently and customer satisfaction. Until then we will favor the DQ down the street because they seem to have it a little more together.

ordered the simplest food to make. chicken dinner and a chili coney. i wait about 4 mins and i get the order and i know it takes longer than 3/4 mins to make fresh strip. i used to be a car hop so i'd know :) and the strips were old and gross the box was packed with mainly tots i guess to make it look like it was full of strips but no, the coney was awfully cold and stale. i said easy ice and i got little to no ice literally. i've been to bad sonic's but this one beat the bad one into the worse list. hope everyone has a better experience than we did, and it wasn't busy what so ever. give it a try maybe you'll get better service :)
Horrible....they need to hire more people. This lady...Her name is Parus is busting her butt to make everyone happy....the machines outside is not working for the credit cards to go in. This poor girl is sweating and it's very hot outside. Food is delicious...dont get me wrong...but today was not a great day. I believe someone may have calling off from work today or probably just quit.....but Sonics on Lady's Island....NEEDS HELP BAD!
Meh, it's fast food. I'm not a big fan of Sonic's food but that's where my kid wanted to go. I decided to try the pretzel dog for the first time... Not impressed. I've had much better dogs from gas stations really. The pretzel bun was tough, the dog was barely warm, fries were limp and barely warm. The toaster sandwich my kid got was pretty good tho.
