Horrible management company. They dont do walk throughs on your homes when tenants are living in them. They dont do walk throughs when they move out. Broken appliances that tenants were never held accountable for along with broken punched in doors missing garage door remotes, showerheads spraying the bathroom ceilings and being told there is a roof leak along with neglected landscaping that had grown out of control and damaged the siding and roof. I was also charged $400 for a small tree about the size of a large shrub and roots to be removed that the neighbor cut the tree up and took to the street but roots never removed and a piece of siding that was not properly fix. These people blow my mind. Sad part is that they will tell you they are good at what they do.

Very inappropriate representatives. They are rude and curse at businesses over the phone. Wouldn't recommend these representatives, call a different company.
