The only rating I will give this place is it is clean....... 5 STAR....... Now if the employees would only have a little customer service manors and understand that customers coming in to eat at Jimmy John's is who keeps the doors open and the lights on this would be a great place to dine from time to time... I will not be back unless the customer service changes .. if I was a betting man I would say it's not going to be to long and it will close due to the customer service aspect of this place...
Let me begin by saying, WTH has happen to customer service... This is why I give this review a 1 STAR when my son and I walked in we where the only people in the place and not greated at all, it's like we got this look like WTH are you coming in here for.. so after we stood waiting on one of the teens to take our order, I was aproched with what do you want. Really WTH . No wonder this place is so dead.
Had stale bread, hard as a rock. Got an 8” sandwich and they literally put 2 pieces of ham on it. Worst sandwich ever; worst service ever. The staff was extremely rude from the moment we walked in the door. Definitely wouldn’t go back.
Came here today and had two orders, one for me and one for my boyfriend. My boyfriend is Vegan, he got veggie club and asked for no cheese and no mayo. I ordered different club and asked for extra Italian vinaigrette. We got home, he took a bite and they put a bunch of mayo on both sides of the bread!!!!!!!!! He ended up throwing it away and was so pissed because they mess up our order every single time and this was about our 4th or 5th time going and on my sub they hardly put any vinaigrette when I asked for extra and they put a tiny scoop of avocado. And their customer service wasn't good, The employes were just giggling behind the counter. So we basically waisted nearly $25 on two messed up subs.
Sit down and let me tell you a story of legends. Let it be publicly known that I don't like roast beef much (keep that in mind through out this read). I'm a start off by saying I didn't know this Jimmy John's existed until may 1st 2017. So I volunteered for this air show and what I received from the air show was an upset stomach from the soda I drank, a burnt forehead from the glorious south carolina sun and not just one, but two free sub cards for Jimmy John's. So I get off work and I inbark on the adventure to Jimmy John's (it was a 20 minute ride) so I pulled up and I noticed I pulled too far in the parking spot but that doesn't matter. I walk inside to be greeted by a gentleman slicing meat like a boss and a cashier doing cashier stuff and the cashier said it, "may I take your order?" I already knew what I wanted because I scanned the menu like a got dang hawk looking for a sandwich that was simple for me and there it was, The Bootlegger, turkey, roast beef, tomato, lettuce, mayo. I order it and with the quickness she rang it up (for free because of the card) and with the genteness of a feather she made my sub quick and effortlessly as if she was born to make it. It one swift movement she wrapped it up and put the sticker on it sealing the deal. So I get to my car starving from the 30 second walk and I open my sub, I'm not lying when I said this sandwich was gorgeous, like professionally made, I was ready to shoot a Jimmy John's commercial in my car this sandwich was beautiful and I almost cried when I took the first bite but what happened next caught my like an Ali hook. The flavor. Delicious. Even though I dislike roast beef this sandwich was amazing and changed my outlook on roast beef and the turkey relationship. I got it for free but you best believe I'm paying for the next one. The End.
Eaten here a couple of times now. The subs aren't bad, but there are much better places with better prices nearby. If you're there and it's convenient, it's not bad, but I would not go out of my way to eat here. Not bad, just doesn't seem to stand out.
