If the institution were given more support (and funding ) it could become even better. As it is, it's already an outstanding place to be - but with lousy parking.

Parking can be an issue but that's because there's frequently something going on there. Reading time for the younglings, book clubs for the adults, crafting sessions, tax assistance, computer classes and more.
It also has DVDs.
It doesn't just house books.
