I believe because it was to the same woman from the same woman and the card was made to the same woman from the same woman, they figured they could scam me, THINKING I made a mistake and ordered 2 different times on 2 different websites.
I called to have an arrangement sent to my daughter-in-law for her birthday. We live in Georgia. Rick was INCREDIBLE! He was very patient with me; listened to my requests and with his help we put together the perfect arrangement for her birthday. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. It is a rare find in today's world.
I am only giving 1 star because the 1 bouquet she received was pretty. But nonetheless NOT the service I asked for. Definitely tried to be scammed. And do not appreciate the business they struggled to give.
Sylvia and Ruth were awesome to work with. Please, place all of your confidence with your florist and leave your Pinterest boards at home. Allow them to be creative. I told Sylvia the look I was going for and the budget that I was working with. She helped me find cost effective solutions that did not look "cheap." All of the floral arrangements were beautiful. So beautiful in fact that I could not bear to toss the flowers after the reception, so we decided to donate them to a Low Country non profit.
I wanted to make my mom feel special.
Liars now too.

I am very disappointed in their service.
- Flowers actually looked gorgeous like in the picture on the website! Also a rarity, I feel.
- Flowers actually arrived in the middle of the day! That seems to never happen when I use most flower delivery services.
And when I called one of the websites to fix this error. THEY CALLED THE FLORIST AND CAROLINA FLORAL DESIGN PROMISED TO HAVE ANOTHER SENT OUT BY 6 PM. (the kicker) THEY CLOSE AT 5!!!! So my mom never received her second bouquet. And obviously when we tried to call there was no answer.
They could have called to clear any confusions. My number was on BOTH WEBSITE INVOICES.
Instead, Carolina Floral Design tried to scam me and undervalued my mothers special day.
I went through 2 different websites to order 2 different bouquets of flowers for my mother for her birthday to be delivered to her home on her birthDATE. These two websites both outsourced to this one company. 2 different orders. 2 different prices. 2 different cards. 2 different bouquets completely. This company made ONE bouquet sent it to my mother. GOT one signature from my mothers husband for her ONE bouquet. And approved BOTH websites delivery drop offs.
My wife was staying at a nearby hotel for her brother’s Marine graduation, and I used Carolina Floral Design’s website to order flowers and have them delivered to her there. I was away for work, unfortunately, and it was her birthday.
Very poor service, unprofessional conduct, and product paid for is not what is delivered.
Overall, I highly recommend them based off of my experience.
I had a great experience with these guys.
Great great team to work with. You won't be dissapointed.
