Every time I call, I am placed on hold for literally 13+ minutes before I speak to the operator, who then places me on hold to transfer me to the person who can actually help me. I have left 2 voicemails for the prescription department and have never received a call back. I also left 4 or 5 voicemails with the PA over two months ago and have never gotten a call back from her either. This place is a joke. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. If I did my job that poorly I wouldn't have a job.

The doctors are great!, very helpful and actually felt like they cared. The wait can get a little long, but its to be expected as they are very busy.
It took me over one month to get the results of blood work taken on April 12, 2017. The bill came in a timely manner though. The office does not return phone calls and it extremely difficult to talk with anyone in patient care. I am not pleased and plan to drive to Charleston for Medical Care.
Dr. Smith was very experienced and knowledgeable. The best primary care doctor I've had in a while. The receptionists were very polite. One receptionist even offered to accompany an elderly man downstairs because he seemed a little confused. My appointment was kept in a timely manner.
The staff... Not so much. I've had multiple appointments in which I have made on time sometimes even, 30 minutes prior. Each time my appointment has been setback 20-30 minutes. When I inquired about it the staff got snippy with me as if I had been in the wrong. I would love to be seen for once at the time my appointment was scheduled.
