Tiffany was amazing. Punctual, polite, and overall a great server. I serve myself and was super impressed with her. Great food too!
Been coming here since it opened. By far the best experience I have had. Prime rib was perfect. Our waitress Erin was a gem. We highly recommend.
My husband and i ate here a few days ago and had the most amazing server. her name was nikki. She was so warm and welcomed us in and made us feel so comfortable. She took the time to engage us in friendly conversation when she was clearly pretty busy. We have never had another server like her! EVER!.we could tell right away that she absolutely cared about her job and the guest she was taken care of. This sever is a rock star! We will 100% be asking for her from now on.
Tonight a group of linemen from Sumter Utilities working the hurricane relief came to eat there. They were there right at closing but still got locked out. These men have been at work since 5 am this morning and haven't eaten since 2pm. Just in the future take care of the people who are taking care of your community. I know your ready to leave work and all. I bet they are too after a 15 hour day risking their lives so y'all can have power. For now they'll give someone else their money to feed them.
Service is VERY important. We were seated timely but our seats were still wet and the host said it was OKAY. I asked him would he sit on a wet bench. He did dry them off AFTER being asked. Under our table was a large puddle of water that we didn't notice until we were leaving. There was food on the floor that ALL staff continued to walk through. It was never cleaned UP. Our server walked by us three or four times before our drink order was taken. She had the tables to either side of us as well. Now I'm a frequent customer of Outback but this was the worst service I've ever had. I'll continue to going but maybe not this one in Beaufort for a while. It was around 3 pm on a Sunday.
